The 3V24 is the attic banner series. They are the deepest and tallest stacking banner of the series and are best suited to applications with minimal storage constraints and are built with 6” stackers for maximum acoustic absorption.
- A unique stacking design retracts the banner into a neatly compressed package to store in ceiling cove or ceiling slot.
- Independently tested for absorption coefficients under ASTM (C423-07).
- Banners are built to custom lengths and widths.
- 24oz IFR velour or FR Wool fabric is available in standard or custom colors.
- Rigid 3” or 6” wide stackers maintain the acoustic chamber between the fabric panels.
- Fabric segments are removable for cleaning/repair or the entire banner is removable from the frame.
- Mill finish aluminum frame with removable grey side panels encloses the gearbox, drive shafts, lifting drums. Frame design allows for easy access to the motor for routine maintenance.
- Available with bottom closure panel for millwork attachment.
- Ships to the site fully tested and assembled.
- The acouStac® motor is 3Ф 480/208v with a 1.25 safety factor. An optional inverter for 120vac 1Ф is available for motors up to 1HP.
- Standard travel speed is 20 FPM. Options include fixed speeds up to 100 FPM and variable speeds up to 150 FPM.
- Stainless steel lifting bands are designed with a safety factor of minimum 8:1.
- Controls options include pushbutton single channel and multi-channel, and Touchscreen multi-channel with positioning.
